先天性靜脈畸形骨肥大症候群（Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome; KTS）是基因異常導致的疾病，通常患者出生後就有病兆，一開始很像常見的血管瘤，但症狀卻愈來愈嚴重。

外科醫師認為，這類的血管瘤雖不是惡性腫瘤，卻比惡性腫瘤更難治療，手術切除有可能讓血管瘤長得更嚴重，復發機率達九成。因不斷感染與出血，需要經常輸血，並因肢體變形導致無法行走。
